Thai Kitchen

The Thai Kitchen is our favorite Thai restaurant in Spokane. It's located in the Spokane Valley and is only a 15 - 20 minute drive from downtown Spokane.

The owner's name is Paul and is the host. He always remembers our name and he usually remembers what we ordered the last time we came in. Amazing.

Paul's wife Benji cooks everything on the menu to order so that you get just right amount of spice. One thing to keep in mind is that because Benji is the only chef, your orders will take a little longer to come to your table but the food is definitely worth the wait.

We have several favorite dishes that we usually order when we go there but the one I have to get is the Moo Todd. It's peppery and spicy and has ample amounts of garlic to keep me happy. It's the "best in the house" as Paul would say.

Another favorite is the Pad Thai. It's not oily like I've had in other Thai restaurants and the peanut sauce is not over done. I highly recommend it.
